Latin Name: Begonia obliqua
Position: Part Shade/Full Shade
They are called ‘nonstop’ because they literally don’t stop blooming until frost. The flowers are spectacular double blooms in colors of red, orange, pink, white, and yellow. They must have well-drained soil whether in the ground or in pots, and will not tolerate wet feet. A position with morning sun and afternoon shade is preferred; however they will bloom freely in shade. When plants are first starting to bloom, new blossoms may appear single but all subsequent blooms are double.
